The position focuses on the development and expansion of the motion design system, creating visual content for events, campaigns, product narratives and digital channels, with a strategic and creative approach aligned with the brand.
Responsibilities:
Build and expand Kyriba's motion design system for events, campaigns, product storytelling and digital content.
Translate technical or abstract financial ideas into clear and engaging visual narratives.
Create level videos for C-suite members.
Develop video content for events and trade shows held globally.
Storyboard, design and animate videos from concept to completion.
Produce high-impact animations and videos using a suite of tools: After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere, and AI video generation tools.
It uses AI to accelerate ideation, generate visual assets, preview scenes, and create full sequences where appropriate.
Design engaging static pieces such as social media graphics, event visuals, web assets, and presentation graphics when necessary.
Collaborate with global department heads to maintain calendars and deadlines.
Collaborate with other designers, animators, content strategists, subject matter experts, and web developers on design concepts and strategies, advocating approaches and reasoning when necessary.
Clearly communicate ideas and guidelines.
Produces animations and video content to support various marketing and internal communications initiatives.
Manage and track projects using Asana, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
Maintains organized project files, naming standards, and efficient workflows.
Oversees multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining production value.
Requirements:
More than 4 years of professional experience in motion design and animation in an agency, studio or internal brand team.
Expert knowledge of After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere and motion design fundamentals.
Mastery of programs such as Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Experience creating videos using AI tools such as Runway, Pika, Stable Video or equivalent.
Experience in 3D programs such as Maya, Cinema 4D and Blender, although it is not mandatory.
Strategic profile capable of incorporating data and innovation into their work.
Motivation to learn new skills and stay up to date on the latest technologies.
Ability to design respecting brand standards.
Experience creating motion branding systems or participating in large-scale campaigns.
Experience in proofreading and revising texts to ensure consistency of message and brand.
Portfolio that demonstrates a level in design, timing, rhythm, typography and storytelling.
University degree in motion design, animation, graphic design or related field.
