Job Description
We are looking for a professional with experience in software development to be in charge of the architecture and technical quality of projects, ensuring the implementation of good practices, security and technological innovation in the company. This position combines technical leadership, direct participation in projects and focus on improvement.
Responsibilities:
Architectural railings:
Ensure that all projects strictly follow the established architecture. Approve architectural changes and ensure long-term scalability.
Rigorous code review:
Maintain a high level of code quality across all teams.
Project start:
Participate in the implementation and configuration of new projects, ensuring the correct configuration from day one, including CI/CD, environment variables and hosting.
Security and Compliance:
Implement and monitor security measures at the code and hosting level, including WAF configuration, secure headers, and data encryption.
AI Innovation and Adoption:
Responsible for the implementation of new technologies, with a focus on AI and MCP-driven workflows to improve developer productivity.
Growth engineering:
Manage the technical aspects of A/B testing and ensure accurate data tracking through Mixpanel and GTM.
Technical leadership and hiring:
Conduct technical interviews to scale the team and mentor developers to ensure compliance with company standards.
Continuous improvement:
Identify outdated practices and replace them with modern, more efficient workflows.
Requirements:
Expert in Node.js and Next.js:
3+ years of intensive stack experience, able to solve complex SSR/ISR issues and optimize performance.
Proven Leadership:
More than 3 years managing engineering teams, motivating, giving feedback and managing conflicts.
Infrastructure and DevOps:
Experience with AWS and Cloudflare, setting up CI/CD pipelines and efficiently managing cloud resources.
Database domain:
Knowledge of Postgres and experience with modern ORMs such as Drizzle or Prisma, including migrations and query optimization.
Analytical mindset:
Proficiency in configuring and interpreting data from Mixpanel and Google Analytics; Experience running systematic A/B tests.
Security:
Knowledge of web security principles, including OWASP, WAF, and hosting-level protection.
Communication and resilience:
Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
MCP Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with the Model Context Protocol to create or optimize AI-assisted development tools is appreciated.
Performance Optimization:
Experience tuning Web Vitals and optimizing backend latency for high-performance applications is an advantage.
