Job Description
Purpose of the position:
Execute and coordinate the territorial management of electrical transmission projects in the early stages of prefeasibility, leading processes of electrical concessions, easements, sectoral permits and negotiations with third parties, ensuring territorial and legal viability.
Features:
• Manage and coordinate negotiations and agreements with third parties, both from the public and private sectors.
• Lead electrical concession processes, acting as coordinator, technical counterpart and administrator of external consultants.
• Manage processes of voluntary easements, permits and procedures before sectoral organizations, especially National Assets.
• Coordinate procedures with private owners, including the collection of property cadastres and identification of owners.
• Manage and coordinate territorial prefeasibility studies, evaluating alternative locations and layouts.
• Early identify territorial, property, social and regulatory restrictions, proposing mitigation measures and design adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, critical milestones and requirements of territorial processes.
• Provide technical support to internal areas such as Projects, Commercial & Development and Operation & Maintenance.
Requirements:
• Professional title of Lawyer, Geographer, Architect, Cartographer, Territorial Planning or other related career.
• Between 3 and 5 years of professional experience in land management, concessions, easements or similar roles.
• Verifiable experience in the energy sector.
Experience in territorial prefeasibility for projects in the electricity sector.
• Knowledge of the structure of electrical concessions.
• Experience in management and processing of voluntary easements.
• Experience in negotiation with owners and third parties.
• Knowledge in processing sectoral permits, especially for National Assets.
• Desirable user-level management of GIS tools (CAD, ArcGIS).
• Valid Class B driver's license.
• Availability for field trips according to project needs.
• Availability for hybrid work modality.
• Intermediate English.
• Intermediate Portuguese.
