The candidate will join a dynamic team to conceptualize, investigate and design multiple digital products within a web ecosystem, bringing their hybrid experience in UX and research to deliver evidence-based solutions, with an emphasis on web accessibility and first-level user experience.

Functions
Participate in the definition and execution of the qualitative UX research strategy, ensuring that the design is based on solid evidence and with a focus on web accessibility.
Design and execute user studies: usability tests, in-depth interviews, ethnographic studies and surveys; analyze data and convert it into actionable recommendations to guide product decisions.
Collaborate in the design phases of client projects, from taking requests with stakeholders to conceptualization, working in coordination with the team.
Design user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for digital experiences, ensuring consistency with the customer's Design System.
Participate in presentations of design proposals and research insights, defending decisions with data and UX principles.
Apply and work with guidelines and components of the customer design system, ensuring coherence in the digital ecosystem.
Collaborate with business, research and development teams to ensure technical feasibility and correct implementation of solutions.
Participate in taking business requests and in product understanding and conceptualization phases.

Description
We are looking for a professional with experience in UX and UX Research to join our team at Torresburriel Estudio, a Spanish firm with more than 10 years of experience and global clients such as Meta, Disney, Spotify and Google. The ideal candidate has mastery of design tools (Figma), experience with Design Systems, skills in qualitative UX research, information architecture and the ability to analyze data to inform design decisions. The ability to work autonomously, with advanced English and experience in agile environments, with empathy and user guidance will be valued.

Desireables
• Demonstrable experience in qualitative UX research and usability testing methodologies, in-depth interviews and ethnographic studies.
• Familiarity with research and analytical data analysis to convert insights into actionable recommendations.
• Solid knowledge of information architecture, taxonomies and labeling criteria.
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with remote teams.
