At NextGen Roles, we are expanding our development cells. We are looking for engineers who not only write code, but solve complex problems and design scalable products.
What profiles are we looking for?
We are opening vacancies for the following profiles (Middle and Senior):
Fullstack JS: Expert in the JavaScript ecosystem (React + Node.js).
Fullstack Python/React: React specialists with Django or FastAPI backend.
Python Backend: Exclusive focus on architecture, APIs and scalability on the server.
.NET Backend: Mastery of .NET 8/Core, microservices and Azure ecosystem.
General Requirements:
Experience: +3 years (Middle) or +5 years (Senior) in the corresponding stack.
Architecture: Solid knowledge of SOLID, Design Patterns and clean architectures.
Databases: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/SQL Server) and NoSQL.
Cloud & DevOps: Knowledge of AWS/Azure, Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Soft Skills: Agile mentality, autonomy and communication skills in remote environments.
