About the Role
We are seeking Regional Candidate Resourcers to join our growing team. This role focuses on identifying, attracting and registering candidates for veterinary positions in the US. It is not a traditional sales position, but involves high volume of outbound calls (60–100 daily) and persuasive skills to attract talent.
You will work together with a dedicated consultant, supporting the search and engagement of candidates (it is not 360° recruiting!).

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and engaging candidates for veterinary positions in the US.
Make 60–100 outgoing calls daily.
Filter and evaluate profiles.
Register information in the database.
Publish ads on relevant platforms.
Meet compliance requirements.
Support the assigned consultant on monthly goals.

Requirements
Experience:

1–2 years in sourcing, recruiting, outbound sales or telesales (any industry).
Desirable experience with ATS (we train you!).
Knowledge of job boards and search strategies.

Skills:

Effective communication and proactive attitude.
Organization and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet objectives.
