Customer Experience Intern
Requirements:
Student of Administration, Business Relations, Industrial Engineering, Systems or related field.
Proof of tax situation (RFC)
Have Optional Insurance
English B2
Hours: Monday to Friday from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm, or from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Modality: home office, with possible in-person meeting once every 3 months
Excel intermediate level (formulas, dynamic tables, filters and reports).
Ease of working with information, numbers and metrics.
Activities:
Generate and maintain analytical reports on billing, customer monitoring and service status
Analyze operational information to detect deviations, risks and opportunities for improvement.
Support in the issuance, validation and billing control.
Conduct follow-up and satisfaction calls, documenting findings and agreements.
Provide timely follow-up on requests, incidents and commitments with clients.
Support in the collection and payment control process.
Propose improvements to internal processes based on data and analysis.
Collaborate with internal areas to ensure a customer experience aligned with Equality standards.
