Customer Service Intern
Requirements:
Systems Engineering student, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
Proof of tax situation (RFC)
Have Optional Insurance
English B2
Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Modality (home office)
Activities:
Attention and monitoring of user complaints
Listening and analyzing call recordings
Case investigation and conclusions
Proposal of solutions and response to the user
Support in reports and metrics of the area
First and second level technical support for Latin American clients.
Quality Assurance Tests.
Knowledge of APIs.
Technical training for clients.
