At BRM (an alta company) we are looking for students for SPARK NEXT TALENT LAB, a hybrid program where you will solve real business challenges, managing your own time. \nWho are we looking for?\nActive students: From 4th to 8th semester. \nCareers: Statistics, Systems, Software, Electronics, Data Science, Industrial, Administration or similar. \nKnowledge: Basic programming, data logic or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker). \nTime: Availability of up to 10 hours per week (self-managed). \nThe Talent Journey (Stages)\nPhase 1: Training Validation (4 weeks): Mentoring in Machine Learning and real cases. Upon passing, you receive Elite Certification. (Educational phase; you gain experience and incentives from the catalog, not a monetary salary). \nPhase 2: Flexible Execution (Freelance): Time to monetize! You work on demand for payment per approved deliverable. Without fixed schedules or bosses.
