In this role, youll support key operational processesincluding expense management, bill payments, and ticket coordinationfor some of Gallaghers major strategic partnerships.\nWhat You Will Do\nExpense Management: Process and reconcile expense reports accurately and on schedule. Ensure all submissions comply with company policies. Maintain complete and accurate documentation.\nBill Payment Coordination: Manage vendor invoices and coordinate payments for the entire team. Track, monitor, and follow up on payment deadlines to avoid delays.\nTicket Management: Support the allocation and distribution of event tickets for largescale partnerships. Keep organized, uptodate records of ticket inventory.\nAdministrative & Operational Support: Provide general administrative support as required. Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting and data organization.\nQualifications\n3 years of experience in administrative, finance, or operations support roles.\nAssociate or Bachelors degree. \nStrong organizational and timemanagement skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and expense management tools (Concur is a plus).\nExcellent communication and problemsolving abilities.\nFamiliarity with payment processes and financial documentation.\nDetailoriented, dependable, and able to work well under deadlines.\nReady to Join Us?\nIf youre excited about contributing to impactful projects and supporting global operations, wed love to meet you!
