A leading national service company, with extensive experience and focus on operational excellence, is looking for a Prevention Expert to fulfill the role of Documentation Manager to manage, control and maintain the documentation associated with Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) management systems, ensuring integrity, traceability, regulatory compliance and availability of information for mining operations.\nMission of the position: Manage the documentation of the Occupational Health and Safety system in an efficient and standardized manner, ensuring control of versions, information backup, administration of document platforms and compliance with the contractual requirements established by mining sites and current regulations.\nIts main functions:\nManage the documentation of the SST management system according to internal standards and mining site requirements.\nMaintain version control, updates and documentary traceability.\nKeep an orderly and updated record of procedures, instructions, matrices, reports and legal documentation.\nManage the upload, review and update of documents on digital platforms (SharePoint, Documentum, GIS, client platforms, etc.).\nSupport internal and external audits by preparing and delivering required documentation.\nPerform periodic backup of information to ensure availability and operational continuity.\nCoordinate with operational, prevention and administrative areas the compilation and sending of contractual documentation.\nEnsure compliance with documentary standards required by mining clients.\nGenerate documentary status reports and propose improvements in the management.\nRequirements to be the ideal candidate:\nProfessional with a degree in Risk Prevention Engineer or related career. \nMinimum 5 years of verifiable experience in mining contracts (exclusive).\nDirect experience in document administration of SST management systems (exclusionary).\nKnowledge of the operation and operational requirements of mining operations.\nKnowledge of regulations and management standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001).\nManagement of analysis and reporting tools (advanced Excel, Power BI).\nExperience in documentary support for audits.",
