-At CYMETRIA we are looking for a Facilitator or Lecturer in Employability to accompany the professional development of our students in the Dominican Republic.

We are looking for a professional passionate about training, with experience facilitating workshops, training or conferences on employability. A person with excellent communication skills, capable of inspiring, guiding and providing practical tools to strengthen the professional profile of those seeking new job opportunities.

This role has three main missions:

Design and facilitate training spaces focused on the development of job search skills.
Share tools, methodologies and good practices that prepare participants to face selection processes successfully.
Generate dynamic, practical and high-impact learning experiences that contribute to the professional growth of students.

This is a role for profiles that enjoy sharing knowledge, connecting with people and generating impact through education.

We are looking for someone with experience in:
