At C&S we are looking for candidates for the position of Field Service Product Owner - Senior / Specialist.
Work modality
100% remote for residents of Argentina.
Occasionally, specific assistance could be requested from offices in Parque Patricios (CABA).
There could be specific trips according to the needs of the project.
Hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (GMT-3 / Argentina time).
Task description
Make key decisions at the team and product level, aligning priorities and scope.
Collaborate with multiple teams (business, technology, UX, operations, field service) and contribute to strategic product decisions.
Provide solutions to problems that affect various equipment or processes within the field service life cycle.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives and collect feedback from stakeholders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product and business objectives.
Apply the best market trends and customer needs to drive improvements and new solutions in the Field Service environment.
Validate and test ideas through recurring feedback loops (experiments, prototypes, user tests, pilots).
Create and present the vision, strategy and roadmap of the product to stakeholders, ensuring clarity, commitment and alignment.
Continuously monitor product performance (KPIs, usage metrics, adoption, NPS) and user satisfaction, promoting constant improvements.
Ensure that prioritized initiatives are properly refined, estimated and ready to be addressed by the development team.
What are we looking for?
Training in Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Administration, Industrial or related careers (graduate or advanced student).
Profile with strong product orientation, analytical capacity and focus on generating business impact.
Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams.
Ability to translate business needs into clear, prioritizable and actionable functional requirements.
Essential skills
Advanced and verifiable experience in:
+5 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in digital products or solutions.
Relevant experience in industrial, field service, after-sales, maintenance, logistics or similar environments (Field Service, Service Operations, Aftermarket).
Product roadmap and product backlog management, prioritization by business value and use of frameworks such as Scrum and/or Kanban.
Definition and writing of user stories, acceptance criteria and management of agile artifacts (epics, features, releases).
Regular work with multidisciplinary teams (development, UX/UI, QA, business, operations).
Use of product/project management tools (for example Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar).
Experience in product discovery (interviews with users, feedback analysis, concept tests, pilots).
Focus on product metrics (adoption, use, retention, performance of field service processes).
Experience in agile contexts and projects of high organizational complexity.
Advanced English (oral and written), exclusive, through interaction with global teams and stakeholders.
Desirable skills
Previous experience as a Product Owner in Field Service solutions or field service management platforms.
Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ideally modules related to Field Service, F&O or Service Management) or other service management platforms.
Certifications in Scrum / Agile / Product Ownership (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PO/PM or others).
Experience in global projects of high criticality and availability, with a focus on performance, user experience and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of analytics/BI tools to track KPIs (for example Power BI, Tableau or others).
Ability to drive continuous improvement practices within the product team, promoting learning, experimentation and feedback.
