At C&S we are looking for candidates for the position of Field Service Tech Lead - Senior / Specialist.
Work modality
100% remote for residents of Argentina.
Occasionally, specific assistance could be requested from offices in Parque Patricios (CABA).
There could be specific trips according to the needs of the project.
Hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (GMT-3 / Argentina time).
Task description
Lead the design, construction and configuration of large-scale applications on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Act as the main technical point of contact, collaborating with multiple teams and areas of the business.
Make technical decisions at the team level and contribute to key architecture and solution decisions.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Develop and implement good practices for the design, integration and maintenance of D365 solutions.
Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the implemented solutions.
Ensure the adoption of industry trends and best technologies within the Microsoft stack (D365, Azure, Power Platform).
Coordinate with the development team, QA and other stakeholders to ensure end-to-end quality, performance and security.
Essential skills
Advanced and verifiable experience in:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
Implementation and customization of complex solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly for critical business processes.
Data integration at scale between D365 and other legacy products/systems using:
Azure Logic Apps
Service Bus
SOAP
Middlewares and/or APIs
Data migration at scale in Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
Design and definition of technical architecture of complex, scalable and maintainable solutions on D365.
Translation of business requirements and needs into technical solutions and detailed architecture definitions for the development team.
Use of templates and reusable components for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Definition, management and application of security principles for D365 and Azure environments.
Experience in SQL Scripting (T-SQL) and SQL scripting for databases in the D365 context.
Testing solutions at scale: staged, regression and performance testing in the D365 context.
Control and management of versioning in highly complex solutions/projects, management of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for D365.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, others) integrated with D365.
Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Advanced English (oral and written) exclusive.
Desirable skills
Previous experience as a Tech Lead in global or large-scale corporate environments.
Specific knowledge of Field Service and/or F&O modules within the D365 ecosystem.
Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure or Power Platform.
Experience in high criticality and availability environments, with a focus on performance and observability.
Ability to drive continuous improvement and the adoption of good practices within the technical team.
