Job Description
Role Purpose
Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions, proper management of primary documentation, and maintain financial discipline across company systems (Odoo, Bitacora, and related tools).
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations
Record bank statements and financial transactions in Odoo
Prepare and execute payments through the banking system
Maintain and update the payment approval register (budget control)
Monitor balances across company bank accounts
Documentation Management
Issue and register primary financial documents (invoices, facturas, contracts, acts)
Upload and maintain documentation within Odoo
Collect and request missing documentation from counterparties
Accounting Control
Reconcile data between systems (Odoo, Bitacora, bank statements)
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable balances
Prepare documentation for accounting and external service providers
HR Administration Support
Prepare and maintain employment contracts and contractor agreements
Ensure HR documentation is properly stored and organized
Provide information about new employees to the finance department
