Important Multinational in the Academic sector Contac Center, is looking for a Contac Center Trainer to cover maternity leave.\nAcademic training: students in the last semesters of degrees, marketing, sales, psychology or pedagogical training.\nMinimum experience of 1 year performing the position of trainer and/or trainer in commercial and educational areas of Contac Center.\nFunctions to be performed: Train new collaborators regarding the products they handle, prepare, apply and rate training evaluations, reinforce and monitor opportunities detected from the quality area, provide feedback to the operations team when a failure has been detected in the process of searching for possible solutions.\nProficiency in intermediate Excel and digital tools.\nINDISPENSABLE TO LIVE IN BOGOTA\nWe offer:\nFixed-term contract to cover maternity leave with the possibility of an indefinite contract + legal benefits\nSalary $ 1,815,750 Variable bonus for monthly compliance (84 to 222 thousand pesos) + connectivity assistance and (business benefits).\nHours: Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm and Saturdays from 8 am to 2 pm (remote mode).\nAvailability: Immediate.",
