OMNIX develops a PaaS platform that allows large companies to automate and orchestrate disruptions in complex operational processes, integrating with core systems such as ERP, WMS, CRM, IoT and APIs. We work with industries such as telecommunications, retail, logistics and manufacturing, where real-time operation is critical.
The Forward Deployed Engineer at OMNIX is not a traditional “developer”.
It is the bridge between enterprise client, real operation and technological platform, responsible for understanding complex processes, translating disruptions into solutions and generating tangible impact on production.
The role is part of the Implementation and Delivery team, working with Product, Sales and Operations, being key to ensuring that the solution works in production and generates real value for the client.

The Forward Deployed Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing and operating solutions on OMNIX for enterprise clients. Work directly with client teams to understand operational processes, identify disruption points, and translate them into executable technical solutions.
Its functions include process modeling, design of integrations with existing systems, configuration of automations and validation in production. This role has high autonomy and makes technical and functional decisions in real and often ambiguous contexts.
You are also responsible for quickly iterating between hypotheses, implementation and validation, ensuring customer adoption. Success in the role is measured by the ability to bring solutions to production, solve complex problems and generate concrete operational impact.

At least 3 years of experience in technical roles with implementation of solutions in real environments is required. Experience in systems integration, process automation or data management, working with APIs, databases and business logic is exclusive.
You must have worked in B2B enterprise contexts, interacting with clients and understanding complex operational processes. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or JavaScript is required, in addition to SQL.
The ability to work in a structured way, solve ambiguous problems and assume direct responsibility for results in production is essential. High autonomy, analytical thinking and impact orientation are expected. Intermediate English or higher is required.

Experience in automation tools such as n8n, Airflow or similar will be an advantage, as well as knowledge of event-oriented architectures or distributed systems. Experience in industries such as logistics, telecommunications, retail or supply chain contributes significantly.
He also has experience in B2B technology companies or technical consulting, where he has worked with clients and complex projects. Familiarity with SaaS or PaaS solutions, as well as data-driven models and artificial intelligence, is highly valued.
Knowledge in process modeling, data analysis and working with inconsistent information are differential. Previous experience in demanding environments, with a focus on execution and results, will be considered a relevant plus.
