At WOW, a company in constant growth in the telecommunications and fiber optic internet sector, we are looking for a professional specialized in and focused on high-volume mass recruitment to join us as a Recruitment and Training Freelancer.\nWhat is your main challenge?\nLead in an agile manner the processes of attracting and hiring mass sales forces in the field (promoters), ensuring the required volume, providing the initial induction and monitoring during the first 30 days to guarantee their permanence and productivity.\nKEY REQUIREMENTS (Indispensable)\nDemonstrable experience of more than 2 years in MASS RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION of commercial profiles, advisors or field promoters (highly desirable in telecommunications, mass consumption or intangibles).\nAdvanced mastery of mass recruitment sources, field approach, agile calls and volume filters.\nExperience dictating inductions, initial training and training of commercial teams.\nManagement of human management indicators linked to massive calls (volume of admission, retention rate and effectiveness).\nHave its own computer equipment and connectivity.\nImmediate availability to work under Freelance modality.\nMain Functions\nExecute the end-to-end mass recruitment strategy to cover the required quotas of field promoters in the assigned areas.\nFilter, evaluate and select volumes of candidates with speed and precision.\nDeliver training modules and initial commercial induction to the contracted group.\nCarry out initial support during the first 30 days to ensure the adaptability, retention and first sales of the team.\nPresent continuous reports on the progress of the massive call and management indicators.\nWhat do we offer you?\nAttractive Compensation: Fixed Income (s/. 2,000) + Commission and Incentive Scheme for Compliance Objectives.\nModality: Freelance.\nSupport and training by the WOW Academy.\nOpportunity to work with one of the fastest growing brands in the field.",
