The University of Sciences and Humanities, Licensed by SUNEDU, in its process of growth and institutional development, is searching for qualified Professionals for the position of Freelance Recruitment and Selection (Remote Modality).\n\nFUNCTIONS:\nManage the recruitment and selection process from start to finish.\nSupport in the profile raising with the client.\nCarry out the search strategy (publications in Job Boards, Hunting, Searches Strategic, etc.\nGathering of information through telephone screening.\nExplain in detail and resolve possible doubts about the available vacancies.\nDevelopment of interviews by competencies.\nControl and monitoring of evaluations.\nSending shortlists to the internal client.\nOrganize and keep documentation updated.\nPerform other functions assigned to you within the scope of your competence.\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor's or Bachelor's degree.
