We are currently looking for 01 Recruitment and Selection Freelancer with the following profile: SELECTION FREELANCE - MASS PROCESSES - SECURITY FIELD PROFILES. Requirements: - Professionals in Psychology, Human Resources, People Management or related careers. - Experience in mass recruitment (experience in Security Field profiles desirable). - Orientation to results and compliance with objectives.\n\nFunctions:\n Carry out an active search for candidates in profiles of the Security Sector.\n Manage processes with a high volume of vacancies.\n Filter and evaluate candidates according to the client's requirements.\n Present suitable candidates and follow up until their entry.\n\nConditions:\n- Freelance modality.\n-Remote work from Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm\n-Possibility of growth within the organization.",
