PROFILE:
* Proven experience in recruiting call center profiles.
* Have its own, active and updated database of candidates.
* Experience in filling high-volume vacancies (high demand).
* Management of various recruitment sources (job portals, social networks, referrals, etc.).
* Ability to identify sales profiles
* High orientation towards results and fulfillment of objectives.
* Availability for remote work.
