Job Description

We are seeking Senior Full Stack React/Node.js Developers to join a Customer Experience project for a public-facing web application. The application delivers reporting and administrative capabilities to sales partners. You will work closely with a collaborative technical team and contribute to high-quality, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
Minimum of 2 recent and consecutive years of professional experience with:
- React
- Node.js
- PostgreSQL
Strong experience developing RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with unit and integration testing.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience using Jira (or similar tools) and Git repositories.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Ability to work fixed hours aligned with EST.
Fintech industry experience is a plus.
AWS experience (Lambda, S3, EC2, ECS) is preferred but not mandatory.
Availability during standard business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST).

Key Responsabilities
Participate in daily stand-ups, technical grooming sessions, and team meetings.
Provide technical implementation plans to the Tech Lead and/or Manager.
Develop user interfaces based on provided designs and mockups using React.
Build and maintain RESTful API endpoints using Node.js, following OpenAPI specifications and security standards.
Design and develop database queries and/or stored procedures to support CRUD operations using PostgreSQL.
Implement unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and reliability.
Use Jira or similar ticketing tools to manage tasks and progress.
Collaborate using Git-based repositories such as Bitbucket.
Communicate technical solutions, challenges, and blockers clearly and in a timely manner.
