Customer Service Representative

Join a dynamic residential and commercial cleaning organization with franchise locations across the U.S. and help support customer service, sales, recruiting, and daily operations.

In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers, employees, and franchise owners, handling phone inquiries, generating quotes, coordinating follow-ups, and supporting administrative operations across multiple franchise locations.

What You'll Do:

- Answer incoming customer and employee calls throughout the day
- Respond to emails and assist with general administrative follow-up
- Guide prospective customers through the sales and quoting process by gathering information about service needs
- Use the company’s proprietary calculator to generate cleaning quotes and present pricing clearly to customers
- Follow up with customers after service appointments and help convert one-time cleanings into recurring services
- Handle customer concerns professionally, including pricing questions, service issues, and other complaints
- Coordinate with managers or franchise owners when approvals or pricing adjustments are needed
- Enter, update, and close jobs in the company system
- Support field employees with scheduling questions, access issues, and basic operational assistance
- Assist franchise owners with recruiting support, job postings, and other administrative tasks

Who You'll Work With:

Work closely with franchise owners, managers, field employees, and customers to ensure smooth communication, reliable follow-up, and a positive customer experience.

Who We're Looking For:

- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
- Comfortable speaking with customers, employees, and business owners by phone
- Confident handling quote requests, follow-up conversations, and sales-related interactions
- Professional, persuasive, and customer-focused communication style
- Tech-savvy and able to learn company systems quickly
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Flexible and comfortable supporting multiple operational areas

Location: Must be based in Colombia
Experience: General work experience required, previous sales exposure is a plus but not required
