Bilingual Human Resources Generalist
Features:
Supervise personnel recruitment and selection processes, in charge of suppliers in the United States with the objective of providing timely and accurate talent for each client-facing program.
Optimize the coordination of suppliers to fill vacancies, guarantee service levels by controlling indicators and filter candidates according to the client profile.
Review and update human resources procedures with the objective of guaranteeing standards and service levels. Optimize the filtering procedure, interview coordination and Onbording process to guarantee efficient selection and effective integration of new collaborators. Report changes or current processes periodically.
Compliance, data integrity audits, seniority tracking, discount management, expense processing and separation.
Prioritization of activities to meet SLA'a and quickly resolve escalations to day-to-day issues that arise within areas of responsibility.
Responsible for executing email notifications related to follow-up items that need action, such as timesheet creation, timesheet approvals, work order items, extension notifications, etc.
Complete data integration, compliance and compliance audits, ad hoc reporting, and tool support.
Responsible for managing assignments (cost center changes, manager changes, processing extensions, etc.; to ensure accuracy of all reports.
Responsible for optimizing process improvements by finding and applying efficiencies, best practices and automation, where appropriate.
Requirements:
Minimum work experience of 1 year as an HR generalist or similar activities preferred, providing attention to global accounts
Lic. in Psychology, Administrator or similar intern or graduate
Command of conversational English (fluency, management of C1 tenses) essential, since you have contact with US clients
Remote monitoring so it can be based in any region of Mexico

Base salary $23,900
