JOIN TP AS: Genesys Developer (3+ years of experience)\nTP is a global digital business services company. Our global scale and local presence allow us to support our communities, clients, and their customers while driving secure, efficient, and sustainable operations.\n \nWe are looking for a Genesys Developer to design, implement, and optimize Customer Experience solutions on Genesys Cloud CX. In this role, you will act as the technical bridge between business needs and cloud-based contact center solutions, developing intelligent workflows, integrations, and automations that enhance operational efficiency.\n \nWhat will you do?\nArchitecture & Development\n Design and configure complex Architect flows (Inbound, Outbound, Digital, Bot flows)\n Optimize customer experience through efficient call flows and automation\n Develop scalable and maintainable solutions within Genesys Cloud CX\nIntegrations & APIs\n Develop and maintain integrations between Genesys Cloud and external systems (CRMs, databases, AI tools)\n Work with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and OAuth 2.0 authentication\n Build and manage Data Actions and API-based services\nAutomation & Efficiency\n Create automation scripts using Platform API and CLI tools\n Reduce manual operational tasks through automation\n Improve platform performance and operational workflows\nSupport & Troubleshooting\n Handle Level 2 incidents and perform root cause analysis\n Troubleshoot issues related to integrations, voice quality, and platform performance\n Support analysts and consultants in resolving technical issues\nChange Management & Best Practices\n Document technical developments and deployments\n Follow CI/CD best practices for implementations\n Evaluate and recommend new technologies\n \nWhat are we looking for?\n Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields\n Minimum 3 years of experience working with Genesys Cloud development\n Strong experience in contact center technologies and CX solutions\n \nKey Skills\n Advanced knowledge of Genesys Cloud (queues, routing, scripting, data actions)\n Strong API development experience (Python, Node.js, C, or similar)\n RESTful services, JSON, XML, OAuth 2.0\n SQL and database management\n Experience with bots and AI tools (NLU/NLP, Dialogflow, AWS Lex)\n Programming languages: JavaScript, .NET, .NET Core, Python\n English level: B1+\n \nNice to have\n Genesys Cloud certifications (Developer, Architect, Scripting)\n Experience with AWS (Lambdas)\n Knowledge of digital channels (SMS, chat, email)\n \nWhat do we offer?\n Permanent contract (Contrato término indefinido)\n Opportunity to work with cutting-edge CX technologies\n Exposure to global clients and projects\n Growth opportunities within a high-performance environment\n \nIf you are passionate about customer experience, automation, and cloud technologies, we invite you to apply and be part of our Innovation & Transformation team",
