Job Description

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to comprehensively lead and manage the area's processes, guaranteeing compliance with labor regulations and strengthening human talent management. This position will have a strategic role in the creation, structuring and implementation of the Human Resources Department from scratch, establishing processes, policies and good practices aligned with the organization's objectives.

Responsibilities
Design, implement and structure the Human Resources Department from scratch, defining processes, policies, procedures and management indicators.
Lead the work environment strategy, carrying out diagnoses, designing and implementing action plans that promote well-being, commitment and a positive organizational culture.
Execute the selection, hiring and induction processes of personnel.
Manage payroll news and support processes related to social security.
Design and execute wellness, training and organizational development programs.
Follow up on performance evaluations and develop improvement plans.
Support disciplinary processes and labor relations management.
Guarantee compliance with Colombian labor legislation and internal policies.
Keep area documentation updated and develop management indicators.
Advise leaders and collaborators on issues related to human talent.
Requirements
Professional in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related careers.
Minimum experience of 3 years as a Human Resources Generalist or in similar positions.
Proven experience in implementing or structuring Human Resources processes.
Knowledge in selection, hiring, payroll, Colombian labor legislation, well-being, organizational development and work environment.
Management of office tools and human talent management software.
Leadership, planning, organization and results-oriented skills.
