A company in the food sector is looking for an Administrative Manager of Plant Operations, responsible for ensuring the correct operational, administrative and human functioning of the organization.
We are looking for a leader with character, discipline and high execution capacity, someone who directly supervises, maintains control of the operation and guarantees compliance with standards on each front of the plant.

What will you do in this role?
Lead the plant operation You will supervise production, packaging, logistics and dispatch, ensuring order and correct execution of processes.
Control operational discipline You will guarantee attendance, compliance, performance and behavior of plant personnel.
Ensure health compliance You will ensure compliance with INVIMA regulations, food handling and quality standards.
Supervise area leaders You will accompany and demand the fulfillment of goals by area heads.
Resolve internal conflicts You will intervene in a timely manner to maintain a stable and functional work environment.
Optimize the operation You will identify practical improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors or rework.
Manage documentary control You will ensure up-to-date records, permits and traceability.
Report to management You will report results, news and general performance of the operation.

• Professional in Administration, Industrial Engineering or related careers. Retired Army or Police officer with experience in logistics or personnel management. Minimum 5 years leading large teams (50 people). Operations experience (ideal in food or manufacturing). Leadership style based on discipline, control and execution. Availability 100 in person at the plant.
