We would love for you to join our team and be part of this exciting adventure.\n\nResponsibilities\nYou provide support in high-performance negotiations or key accounts, representing the company.\nYou collaborate in the establishment of commercial goals and policies on a monthly basis.\nYou design the commercial strategy that ensures profitability for the company and for the client, implementing it in all sales channels, with the aim of contributing to the organizational purpose.\nYou monitor the commercial teams to ensure compliance with monthly budgets and management indicators.\nYou support, evaluate and provide feedback to leadership in commercial follow-ups and sales closures.\nYou plan and execute activities that enhance the skills of the team in charge.\nYou develop, motivate and encourage an excellent work environment in your work team, achieving outstanding results\n\nWhat do we need from you?\nAre you a professional in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics and/or careers? related\nYou have 5 years of experience in the commercial area with a focus on developing strategies and meeting objectives, of which 2 years leading commercial teams of + 30 people\nYou have command of Excel for information analysis.
