At Clínicas San Pablo we are a company specialized in hemodialysis services with an important growth plan nationwide. We are looking for a leader with a strategic vision to promote the opening of new medical units and guarantee excellent hospital infrastructure projects.

Main responsibilities
Plan and coordinate projects to open new clinics.
Evaluate properties and validate their technical feasibility.
Coordinate architectural and engineering projects.
Manage permits and procedures before COFEPRIS, Civil Protection and competent authorities.
Supervise contractors, civil works and schedule compliance.
Manage the investment budget (CAPEX).
Coordinate the installation of medical equipment and specialized infrastructure.
Guarantee compliance with NOM's and regulatory requirements.
Standardize the infrastructure of all clinics.
Present executive progress and reports to General Management.

Profile we are looking for

Schooling

Civil Engineering, Architecture, Biomedical Engineering or related career.
Specialty or master's degree in Project Management desirable.

Experience

Minimum 5 years in hospital expansion or medical infrastructure projects.
Construction project management.
Contractor management.
Regulatory procedures in the health sector.
Investment budget administration.
Opening of clinics or hospitals (highly desirable).

Knowledge
Health regulations.
COFEPRIS.
Civil defense.
Project management.
CAPEX administration.
AutoCAD (desirable).
Microsoft Project or similar software.
Intermediate-advanced Excel.

We offer
Base salary: $70,000 to $85,000 per month, depending on experience.
