Important International Hotel company looking for a Finance Manager
Remote work modality in Mexico City or Guadalajara
Main tasks:
Coordinate, supervise and analyze daily accounting operations
Manage Cash Flow and Accounts Payable
Develop standardized controls and procedures, constantly evaluating them to ensure their effectiveness and impact
Implement control systems and carry out internal audits to prevent irregularities
Identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities
Perform and analyze Bank and Balance Sheet reconciliations
Coordinate and complete Monthly and Annual Closings of Operations according to the times established by the company
Act as an advisor to the Management and Owners of the Hotel
Analyze financial statements and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory standards
Interview, hire, train and evaluate employees under your responsibility
Monitor the performance of your team members, promoting their professional development
Candidate profile:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration or similar
Minimum experience of 3 years in similar positions
English language Intermediate - Advanced (verifiable)
Hospitality experience (desirable)
Management of accounting systems
Desirable management of PMS systems (Opera / OnQ / PEP)
Current residence in Mexico City or Guadalajara
