Logistics Manager / Logistics Systems Architect

Location: 100% Remote (Home Office)
Position type: Full time

WERELO is a company specialized in vehicle transportation in North America, in a phase of accelerated growth. We are building a scalable operating engine based on clarity, accountability and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a leader to design the system that will make WeRelo the safest and most reliable vehicle transportation company in North America.

Role Purpose

You are responsible for the overall stability, predictability and reliability of operational compliance.

Your goal is to achieve 100% operational reliability, ensuring that added value is delivered quickly, safely and transparently to each customer, while prioritizing the well-being of our drivers and the profitability of the business.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and Operational Architecture

Design end-to-end last mile logistics processes.
Create clear, measurable and replicable SOPs.
Design routing logic, operational zones and efficient driver assignment models.
Establish escalation and operational control protocols.

Implementation and Control

Optimize the correct assignment of drivers and route efficiency.
Manage and lead large groups of drivers.
Ensure security and compliance standards.
Ensure that operational growth is sustainable and profitable.

Metrics and Reporting System

Define and monitor critical KPIs:
Security
Compliance rate
On-time performance
Cost per transfer
Driver Commitment and Performance
Implement a “Dalio” style reporting system that gives the CEO full visibility into operational health.
Make decisions based on data for continuous improvement.

Optimization and Scalability

Apply Lean principles to eliminate waste.
Design an operating system that guarantees predictability and control.
Convert the operation into a replicable and scalable model.

Essential Requirements

Minimum 10 years of logistics leadership experience.
Proven experience designing and implementing operating systems.
Proficiency in conversational English (interviews in English).

Training

Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar.

Key Competencies

Systems architect mentality.
High autonomy and total ownership.
Structured thinking and analytical approach.
Ability to execute and build from scratch.
Strong leadership with a focus on safety and performance.

$45,000 – $70,000 MXN net
