B2B Growth Marketing Manager

Location: Remote

The Challenge:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a strategic mindset and focus on results (Growth Marketing Manager B2B). You are the first to use social responsibility, so you can build the generation of qualified leads (MQLs) that serve as a basis for sales and positions of EXG tickets with reference technology in the sector.

Main responsibilities:
Demand Generation (Lead Generation): Design and execute Inbound Marketing strategies to attract Directors of Chambers, Associations and Organizers of Congresses and Exhibitions.

B2B Content Strategy: Create high-value assets (Success Stories, Whitepapers, Webinars) that educate the market about the use of Big Data in events.

Sales Enablement: Sales Enablement Management (Smarketing) ensures adequate performance, impact presentation and materials for acceleration and hiring.

Strategic Digital Guideline: Manage high-intent campaigns in LinkedIn Ads and Google Search, optimizing the Acquisition Cost (CAC) and avoiding unqualified traffic.

Brand Positioning: Consolidate our narrative of \"Data Intelligence\" and \"Sustainability\" (Green DNA) in all contact points.

Data analysis: Tracking and reporting of real KPIs: Qualified leads, including demo and marketing conversion (ROMI).

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferences and B2B, SaaS or Technology sectors.

Sales Focus: Proven ability to work as a team with sales and understand the decision cycle of large corporations or governments.

Technical Skills: Mastery of marketing automation tools, CRM (Pipedrive or similar), LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Analytics.

Communication: Excellent strategic writing skills (Copywriting) for executive audiences.

Mindset: Proactive, analytical and hungry to innovate in a traditional industry that we are digitizing.
