About the company
We are an international iGaming and online entertainment platform, with a presence in LATAM.
Our products include Online Casino, Sportsbook, Affiliate Marketing and brand campaigns.

We are currently in an accelerated expansion phase and are looking for a Marketing Manager with real experience in online casino growth, not just theoretical marketing.

Job Responsibilities
The objective is not to “advertise”, but to acquire players, retain them and generate ROI.

Marketing and growth strategy
Design and execute the global marketing strategy of the online casino.
Direct responsibility for CPA, FTD, LTV and ROI.
Optimize user acquisition, activation, retention and reactivation.

Channel management
Affiliate Marketing (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
Influencers and KOLs (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, streams).
Paid Media (Google Ads, Meta, Native, Push, etc.).
Localized campaigns for LATAM markets.

Promotions and coordination with product
Design welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback, rescue bonus and VIP.
Work with product and operations teams to improve conversion and retention.
Perform A/B testing of landing pages, funnels and copy.

Data analysis and optimization
Monitor key KPIs: CPA, FTD, ARPU, LTV, Churn and ROI.
Optimize budget allocation based on performance.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports based on real data.
Ensure regulatory compliance and responsible marketing practices.

Requirements
Mandatory
Minimum 3 years of experience in iGaming, Online Casino or Sportsbook.
Real experience in Affiliate Marketing and/or Paid Media.
Knowledge of CPA, RevShare and hybrid models.
Strong focus on data and profitability.
Functional English as a working language.

Highly valued
Experience in LATAM (Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Peru, etc.).
Own network of affiliates or influencers.
Experience in project escalation (0 to 1 or 1 to 10).
Combined Casino and Sportsbook experience.

Compensation
Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses.
High and uncapped commissions depending on results.
