We are an international sourcing company based in Hong Kong, specializing in the global purchasing of high-value animal by-products. We are looking for a Supply Operations Manager to lead a remote supplier development team in Latin America.

It is purely a leadership and team building role. Your mission: Lead and train a team of social media and phone/mail prospecting specialists, design and continually improve the strategy to find and win suppliers, and turn scattered prospecting into a scalable and replicable system. The company gives you the equipment, the tools, the budget and ample freedom over methods.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a remote supplier development team (social media and phone/mail prospecting).

- Design, test and optimize the entire supplier development strategy (scripts, channels, cadence, conversion).

- Analyze equipment data, diagnose underperforming regions or channels and correct them; standardize the methods of the best.

- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to improve retention and repurchase.

- Recruit, train and onboard new members; define and monitor KPIs.

Requirements:

- Native Spanish or C1+; English B2+ (essential).

- At least 2 years of experience managing teams (sales / prospecting / customer service).

- Experience in B2B sales, sales development (SDR), prospecting or sourcing.

- Data-oriented, strong in process analysis and optimization.

- Autonomous, with reliable internet; resident in El Salvador, Costa Rica or the Dominican Republic.

We offer: Base salary equivalent to US$1,200/month + performance commission + bonus. The best earn US$3,500-4,000+/month, without limit. Full-time remote position (independent contractor). Payment in USDT.
