We are looking for an AI Operations Manager to be responsible for the operational management of the artificial intelligence tools and platforms used in the organization. The selected person will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance and improvement of the AI ​​ecosystem, collaborating with different teams to optimize processes, establish standards and ensure that technological solutions respond to business needs.
Responsibilities:
Manage the configuration, reliability and operation of the company's artificial intelligence tools and platforms.
Oversee operational response to changes in AI models, platforms, tools or capabilities.
Define, maintain and improve standards related to the configuration, access, use and monitoring of AI solutions.
Ensure the management of permissions, access, dependencies and integrations between platforms.
Monitor the performance of AI tools and identify opportunities for improvement.
Detect stability, performance or usability issues and develop scalable solutions to resolve them.
Collaborate with different teams in the organization to understand how AI tools are used and detect new needs.
Provide information and recommendations to those responsible for the organization on the status, risks and opportunities for improvement of the AI ​​ecosystem.
Ensure that artificial intelligence solutions remain aligned with business objectives and processes.
Requirements:
Experience managing or improving technology platforms, preferably related to artificial intelligence, automation, language models (LLM) or AI-based workflows.
Ability to take responsibility for operational processes and improvement initiatives from start to finish.
Knowledge of AI tools, platform configuration, integrations, APIs, permissions and technical dependencies.
Ability to function in dynamic environments and make decisions autonomously in ambiguous situations.
Experience prioritizing technical initiatives and balancing business needs with platform capabilities.
Communication skills and ability to establish and maintain work standards.
Interest in the evolution of artificial intelligence and knowledge of sector trends.
Good judgment in deciding when to act independently and when to coordinate with other teams.
