Requirements:
Experience leading teams within the Risk area.
Essential experience in a SOFOM, financial or microcredit company.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
Advanced use of Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced formulas and data analysis).
Solid knowledge of the credit business and the risk indicators of a portfolio.
Experience managing teams and tracking KPIs.
Ability to design and optimize analytical processes.
Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements for the IT team.

Responsibilities:
Monitor and optimize key risk indicators such as DPD, Default Rate, NPL, Approval Rate, Cost of Risk, roll rate and portfolio profitability.
Lead the risk analysis team, assigning priorities, monitoring objectives and ensuring the quality of work.
Work hand in hand with the Operations, Collections, Product and Technology areas to improve risk processes.
Analyze information in PostgreSQL databases, generate queries, validate hypotheses and develop analysis for decision making.
Develop functional requirements for the IT team related to new risk policies or process improvements.
Develop dashboards, reports and indicators in Excel and Google Sheets to monitor portfolio performance.",
