Job Description

GetVisible is a full-service digital marketing agency based in Phoenix, Arizona, founded in 2005. We help businesses go from being invisible online to becoming highly in-demand brands within their market.

We are a team of 21 people specialized in SEO, AEO, GBP optimization, website design and development, payment methods and reputation management. We work with law firms, healthcare professionals, manufacturers, non-profit organizations, and professional services in multiple states across the United States.

IMPORTANT: Advanced English (written and spoken) is an essential requirement. Daily communication, documentation, and most meetings are in English with a US-based team. Candidates without advanced English will not be able to advance in the process.

The opportunity

As a Local SEO Manager you will lead local organic and Google Business Profile growth across a portfolio of client brands. Some have a single primary location, others have multiple service areas, and others have dozens of physical locations throughout the United States.

This is not a role of isolated tasks for a single client. You'll manage local SEO for multiple brands, where strategy, prioritization and systems really matter. If you like variety, scale, and spotting patterns across industries, this role was designed for that.

It is a 100% remote role, with clear expectations, structured workflows and autonomy to improve the way local SEO is delivered within an agency.

Responsibilities

- Local SEO strategy across multiple brands: define priorities and roadmaps by client, not just by task, balancing impact between single-location and multi-location accounts.
- Google Business Profile management at scale: optimize and maintain dozens of profiles across different brands, including categories, attributes, services, products, publications and UTMs, with consistency and without resorting to copy and paste.
- Local Citations and NAP Consistency: Create, audit, and maintain citations across aggregators, verticals, and local directories, keeping data clean as locations are added or modified.
- Local keyword research and intent mapping: identify demand for services by geography, map keywords to location and service pages, and provide clear briefs to content and design teams.
- Local on-page SEO: titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links and schema, with pages designed to capture searches near me and queries with geographic modifiers.
- Performance measurement and reporting: monitor rankings, traffic, conversions and calls between clients, and translate the data into clear actions for clients and internal teams.
- Technical coordination: collaborate with developers and designers on site speed, mobile UX, indexing and crawlability.
- Reviews and Reputation: Review request flows, response frameworks, and continuous monitoring across brands and locations.
- Systems, SOPs and scalability: document what works and build repeatable processes that are maintained as customers and locations grow.
- Daily project management in ClickUp or similar tools, keeping work organized between multiple brands and interest groups.

- Experience working with brands from multiple locations.
- Demonstrable ability to increase visibility on Maps and the volume of organic leads.

- Strong organizational skills and daily experience with ClickUp, Asana or Monday.
- Comfort managing priorities between multiple clients in a remote environment.

Desirable

- Deep experience with dating ecosystems and local data providers.
- Experience with schema for local businesses, services and FAQ.
- Experience with WordPress or other similar CMS.
- Experience in automating SEO workflows and reporting.

Conditions

- Phoenix-based company; you will work 100% remote.

- Direct and results-oriented team; Your work will have a visible impact on clients and strategic decisions.
