We are looking for a Managed IT Services Engineer (FBO)!

Customers located in the United States
American visa desirable

What will you do?
• Design, implement and manage technological environments based on Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.
• Manage business networks, firewalls, switching and wireless (preferably Fortinet).
• Implement and manage physical security solutions such as IP cameras and access control.
• Provide remote support and comprehensive infrastructure management for multiple locations.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors and technological deployment processes.
• Manage endpoint security, MFA, Microsoft Defender, and compliance.
• Participate in the standardization and scaling of cloud-first architectures for new headquarters.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, MSP, or managed services roles.
Solid experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
Advanced networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN/IPSEC and TLS.
Experience managing enterprise firewalls, switching and wireless.
Experience with Microsoft Defender and security controls.
Intermediate-advanced English to interact with international teams.
Experience with Datadog or similar tools will be highly valued.
Microsoft, Fortinet or Networking certifications are a plus.
