At TCIT, you will lead the company's digital and technological strategy, working closely with development and operations teams to drive the digital transformation of clients and own projects. You will be a key part of an organization with more than 9 years of experience in software and Cloud solutions, with a presence in international markets such as Canada. In this role, you will report to senior management and have the responsibility of aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, managing project portfolios and enhancing internal talent.

Define and execute the digital and technological strategy aligned with business objectives.
Manage portfolios of software projects and cloud solutions, prioritizing initiatives with the greatest impact.
Collaborate with product, development and operations teams to ensure high-quality, scalable and sustainable deliverables.
Lead, mentor and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure good development, security, compliance and technology governance practices.
Establish metrics and dashboards to monitor KPIs, ROI and operational efficiency.
Represent the company in dialogue with clients and technological partners.
Manage budgets, suppliers and contracts related to digital initiatives.

We are looking for a senior technology leader with strategic vision and proven impact in digital transformation. Results-oriented profile, capable of translating business requirements into effective technical solutions. Experience in cloud, software architecture, DevOps, and remote team management will be an advantage. High-level communication skills, negotiation with stakeholders and focus on responsible innovation are required.
Minimum requirements:
Training at a Traditional University (PUC, U of Chile, USM, UANDES, etc.).
Demonstrable experience in technological leadership or digital management roles (3+ years).
Experience in the Banking and/or Fintech field.
In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, modern architectures, and agile development practices.
Ability to manage complex projects, budgets and relationships with clients and partners.
Desirable:
Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) or similar; Experience with CI/CD tools and cloud security.
Experience in sectors with social impact or high public impact projects.
