International company is looking for a Manager for the Finance area with a high sense of responsibility and extensive experience.\nHome office modality 100% \nRequirements\nExperience in financial management of 6 to 10 years\nADVANCED English \nResponsibilities of the JD Finance Manager: \n1. Accounting and financial reporting - Responsible for the complete accounting of the entity in Mexico, establishing and continually improving an accounting system that complies with local accounting standards (Mexican NIF/IFRS) and Group requirements. - Prepare financial statements and monthly, quarterly and annual management reports required for the consolidation of the Group, ensuring that the data is accurate and timely. \n2. Tax Management and Compliance - Thoroughly study Mexican tax regulations, coordinate all tax returns (e.g., VAT, ISR, withholdings, etc.) to ensure compliance and mitigate tax risks. - Maintain contact and coordinate with local tax authorities, auditors, banks and others. - Monitor changes in Mexican tax policy on time, evaluate their impact on business operations and recommend proactive measures. \n3. Treasury Management and Risk Control\n- Monitor bank account operations and the online banking system to ensure normal operations.\n- Implement review procedures for various expense reimbursements, purchase payments and contract payments of the Mexico entity, ensuring that all payments comply with company policies and local laws and regulations, and eliminating non-compliant expenses.\n\n4. Other\n- Maintain efficient communication with Financial Headquarters and support Financial Headquarters in resolving finance and tax-related issues (e.g., accounting, local taxes, etc.)\n- Complete other responsibilities as required by Financial Headquarters.\nJob Requirements and Qualifications:\n- Complete full-time bachelor's degree from national university or higher, with specialization in accounting, financial management or related fields.\n- Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential for the job; Spanish at a native level.\n- More than 6 years of comprehensive experience in financial management in Mexico, familiar with tax policies of the service industry.\n- Mastery of Mexican tax returns, accounting policies, bank account management and operations in online banking systems.\n- Experience independently supporting multinational teams, able to collaborate efficiently remotely.\n- Degree in finance/accounting in Mexico and CPA Mexico or equivalent certification.\n- Work from home.\n\nWorking hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Sunday to Thursday from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.\nSalary range: 50,000-55,000\n\nInterested parties send CV in ENGLISH to whatsapp 5579960466",
