Clinic specialized in aesthetic and functional ear and hearing procedures, with presence in multiple cities in Chile. We operate with a decentralized model that combines medical excellence, data-driven management and a strong focus on the patient experience.

The challenge:
We are looking for a Business Administrator with 2 to 3 years of experience, who wants to assume the general management of a rapidly growing clinic. You will be responsible for leading the operation in Chile, ensuring compliance with commercial goals, business profitability and team development.

Main responsibilities:

Strategic management:

- Define and monitor monthly and annual sales goals by city and procedure.
- Manage the advertising budget, ensuring an efficient return on investment.
- Ensure the profitability of the business by controlling key management indicators.

Operational management:

- Supervise the complete flow: lead capture, sales, scheduling, procedures and post-sales.
- Coordinate the agenda of medical professionals in multiple cities, ensuring the occupancy of spaces.
- Manage strategic suppliers (space rental, supplies, advertising, etc.).

Team leadership:

- Lead a team of 15 to 20 people, including sales, after-sales and administration areas.
- Ensure compliance with individual goals and team motivation.
- Report directly to company directors.

Analysis and continuous improvement:

- Monitor key KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement in processes and profitability.
- Participate in the planning of commercial campaigns and growth strategies.

Requirements:

- Training: Commercial Engineering, Business Administration or related career.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in commercial management, operations or finance roles (ideally in services, health or retail).

Skills:

- Advanced use of Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Ability to work with metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Results orientation and ability to solve problems.
