Description of the item:
The leading company in the e-commerce sector is looking for an Operational Manager to lead the operation of the last thousand in high demand environments. This position will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of deliveries, guaranteeing demanding service levels, route optimization and control of operating costs in a dynamic and rapid growth model.

Main responsibilities:

* Manage the daily operation of the last thousand, ensuring the fulfillment of the contributions in time and form.
* Manage last thousand distribution centers (hubs) and/or despatch stations.
* Lead multidisciplinary teams (supervisors, coordinators, dispatchers and departments).
* Ensure fulfillment of key KPIs: On Time Delivery (OTD), First Attempt Success Rate (FASR), productivity, fill rate and cost per delivery.
* Implement dynamic wheel strategies and capacity optimization.
* Manage logistics tests (third fleets / partners).
* Analyze operational data to make decisions and continue to improve.
* Monitor operations in real time and resolve critical incidents.
* Guarantee compliance with standards of safety, quality and customer experience.
* Coordinate with cross-functional areas (Customer Experience, Transport, IT, RH).

Requirements:

* License in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration or otherwise.
* Minimum experience of 4 to 6 years in last thousand operations (essential in e-commerce or packaging).
* Experience handling high volume operations (1000+ daily deliveries).
* Management of large teams (80+ direct/indirect people).
* Knowledge of real-time tracking systems, TMS and real-time tracking systems.
* Experience in managing 3PL testers and models.
* High orientation to KPIs, continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
* Availability to work with low attendance and extended hours.
