We are currently looking for a German/English-speaking Customer Service & Sales Representative based in Colombia to join our team in a full-time remote position.

This role is ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with international clients, particularly German-speaking clients, in a structured and professional environment.

Monday to Saturday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Colombian Time – COT)
Remote work
Monthly salary: 2,500,000 COP

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients in German and English via email, phone calls, and video meetings
Handle client inquiries and provide clear and professional guidance
Conduct consultations and follow-ups with prospective clients
Present our services in a structured and professional manner
Support client onboarding and manage relationships
Coordinate internally with legal and tax teams

Requirements
Native or near-native German (required)
Fluent English (professional level required)
Proven experience in customer service, client management, or sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor and ability to handle international clients
Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
