Engineering services, project development and permit management company in public and private organizations, with extensive experience in infrastructure and telecommunications projects, seeks to incorporate a High Performance Commercial Manager for a fiber optic network expansion project in buildings and condominiums nationwide.
We are looking for a professional with a strong commercial profile, capable of generating agreements and managing permits with administrators, administration committees and communities, facilitating access for the development of telecommunications projects.
This role is aimed at people accustomed to working for results and generating income based on their performance.

Responsibilities
•\ Manage access permits in buildings, condominiums and communities for evaluation and installation of fiber optic infrastructure.
•\ Contact and meet with administrators, committees and community representatives.
•\ Present and explain the telecommunications network deployment project.
•\ Negotiate and close entry authorizations for infrastructure development.
•\ Maintain records and monitoring of procedures carried out.
•\ Report progress and management results.

Profile we are looking for
•\ Proven experience in high-performance sales and intangibles sales.
•\ Experience in areas such as:
•\ Time sharing
•\ Brand and positioning services
•\ Commercial real estate management
•\ Excellent negotiation, persuasion and communication skills.
•\ High results orientation and goal achievement.
•\ High capacity for self-management in the field, developing active contact with administrators and communities through face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and management of formal communications by email.
•\ Office management and database management.
•\ Knowledge in telecommunications is desirable (not exclusive).
•\ Ideal to have your own transportation.
