Job Description
Objective: Ensure compliance with current labor regulations for employers and employees. This involves offering specialized advice on employment contracts, collective agreements and other regulations, as well as managing administrative procedures such as registrations, cancellations and payrolls. You will provide your services to clients who are located in Spain and are governed by Spanish regulations.
Features:
-Management of incidents and tasks specific to the position, of our client portfolio (SMEs, domestic employees and self-employed workers).
-Preparation of payrolls for our clients.
-Preparation and writing of documents responding to requirements from Spanish entities
-Send monthly social insurance.
-Processing registrations and cancellations in Social Security.
-Calculation of settlements.
-Review of contracts and contractual extensions.
-Support to Management in administrative tasks
-Maintain a direct, professional and close relationship with clients.
-Resolve doubts about labor issues that our clients have.",
