Description:

We are a leading repair company in Spain, providing services for important insurance companies. We are expanding our remote operational team in Argentina and are looking for TWO (2) Attendance Managers to coordinately cover our on-calls outside of office hours.

We are not looking for a massive call center. We are looking for responsible, decisive people with the capacity for self-management who act as an extension of our office in Spain for the coordination of home emergencies (plumbing, electricity, locksmith, etc.).

Work Scheme and Schedules:

We seek to cover the service comprehensively. The total schedule to cover (in Spain Time) is:

•\ Monday to Friday: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
•\ Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays: 24 hours.

Important note: As there are two vacancies, the shifts will be divided between both employees to guarantee adequate rest and quality care.

Main Responsibilities:

•\ Claim Management: Receiving notices and collecting data from insurers.

•\ Dispatch and Coordination: Locate and assign the provider (technician) on call in Spain, ensuring acceptance of the service and carrying out proactive monitoring.

•\ Data Upload: Simultaneous registration in our CRM and in the insurance company portals (double entry).

•\ Operational Support: Validate policy coverage with the technician at the insured's home.

•\ Management Closure: Report the resolution to the insurer and terminate the service in the system.

Requirements (Exclusive):

•\ Tax Situation: Be an active Monotributista (or available for immediate registration). It is an essential requirement for billing services abroad.

•\ Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in the areas of Assistance, Insurance or Health.

•\ Excellent use of computer tools and ability to manage multiple web platforms simultaneously.

•\ Own infrastructure: Reliable computer, stable internet connection with backup (exclusive) and quiet work environment.

•\ Resolution profile: Ability to make decisions under pressure and compliance with response times.

Conditions and Proposal:

•\ Long-term relationship in a stable company.

•\ Payment in foreign currency (Euros/Dollars) through international platforms (Deel / Ontop).

•\ 100% remote work (Home Office).
