NETCALL PERU is looking for a Database Manager for the Planning and Control area for the Call Center area.\nFunctions:\nManage raw materials (databases) and supervise the behavior of the operation in real time, ensuring that resources (agents) and inputs (leads) are aligned to meet the contactability and sales goals of the day.\nRequirements:\nGraduate in Engineering Systems, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or related careers.\nDesirable: Work experience.\nExperience in the real-time supervision module of platforms such as Avaya, Genesys, Vicidial, Wolkvox or\nAltitude.\nWFM concepts: Understanding what is adherence, occupancy and utilization and other contact center metrics.\nExperience in database management in Contact Centers.\nAdvanced Excel and SQL server\nAgility mental\nAssertive communication.\nWe offer:\nDirect entry to the payroll with all the legal benefits.\n1500+500\nSchedule from Monday to Saturday, complying with 48 working hours.\nGood work environment",
