Remote work from anywhere in Colombia

An important company is looking for Collection Managers with experience in charged-off portfolios exceeding 1,000 days in arrears, to be linked through a contract for the provision of services, under a 100% remote modality, with unlimited commissions and multiple incentives.

Profile requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in collection of charged-off portfolio (more than 1,000 days in arrears)

Negotiation skills, objection handling and goal orientation

Excellent verbal communication and commercial attitude

Technical equipment requirements

Own computer

Minimum Intel Core i3 processor

Minimum RAM memory of 4 GB

Stable internet connection of minimum 30 Mbps

Other administrative requirements

Affiliation as a voluntary independent to EPS, ARL and Pension (period of up to a month and a half to make the first payment)

Have RUT with code 6499
