Regional Home Collection Manager - Base Salary + Travel Allowances and Commissions

We are looking for talent with experience in field work to join our team as Regional Home Collection Manager, covering the areas of Aragon, Coacalco, Ecatepec, Jard. Morelos and Tecamac. What will be your main activities?
Collection management directly at the clients' homes in the assigned areas.
Face-to-face negotiation and handling of objections to reach effective payment agreements.
Daily planning and routing to optimize travel times and visits.

Essential requirements:

Minimum education: Completed high school (verifiable).
Previous experience essential in home collection, individual or group credits
Have your own vehicle in good condition (Motorcycle or Car) and a valid driver's license.
Knowledge of the northern area and ease of transportation.

Our economic offer (Immediate Entry):
Base monthly salary of $12,700.
Recovery commission scheme (Average fortnightly income of $15,000).
Weekly fixed transportation support of $500.
Monthly vehicle wear and tear support: $2,500 (if you have a car) or $1,250 (if you have a motorcycle).

Monday to Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
Saturdays from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.",
