Your functions?
• Contact clients to negotiate payment agreements adapted to each debtor's situation.
• Meet individual and team goals
• Hours: Monday to Friday

Requirements?
• Experience in call center, specifically punished financial collections
• Knowledge of the regulations regarding Consumer Protection
• Communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic use of computer tools.
